1. A quibus praedicari debet verbum Dei?[2] [Por quem a palavra de Deus deve ser pregada?]
2. Verbum Dei ab iis solis praedicari debet qui donis sufficienter instructi sunt, atque insuper debite ad id officii aprobati vocatique. [A palavra de Deus somente deve ser pregada por quem possuí os suficientes dons para instruir, devendo ser chamado e aprovado para este ofício].

Pergunta 158. Quem tem permissão para pregar a Palavra de Deus?[6]

Resposta. A Palavra de Deus deve ser pregada somente por aqueles que têm dons suficientes [1Tm 3.2, 6; 2Tm 2.2; Ml 2.7] e são devidamente aprovados e chamados para o ministério. [Rm 10.15; 1Co 12.28-29; 1Tm 4.14].
